1. Our Return Policy

We offer a 14-calendar-day return policy on Slim Coffee Booster. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions set out below.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and in its original, unused condition.
• In the original packaging, with seals intact.
• Returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Opened products cannot be accepted for return due to the nature of food supplements, except in cases of a product defect or where required by applicable Australian Consumer Law.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used products.
• Products with damaged or removed seals (unless the damage occurred during transit).
• Products returned after 14 days from delivery without prior written agreement.

Please include your full name, phone number, and a description of the reason for return. We will provide return address details and instructions. Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used (cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or cheque - we will confirm the method with you). We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, please contact us immediately with photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
